Mandy's Top 5 Picks from Market July 2012

Oh MY you guys!  This was one of my favorite markets in a while! The designers out did themselves this time!  We loved the new patterns (can anyone say Chevron?!?!!!) and the new products!  We are so excited for all of it to come in that we are basically stalking the UPS man every day!:)

Here are my Top 5 favorite things (it was really hard to pick just 5!):

1. Sterling Silver Finger Print Pendants and Cufflinks

I love this gift idea - so unique and personalized!  It will be a gift that will be cherished for years to come.  I guarantee that I will be making one of Kennedy's fingerprints!:)  We will have an event in early November to make the molds, but don't worry if you are out of town - we can ship you a kit so you can do it yourself.  More details to follow and if you would like to be contacted when the event is scheduled please comment below.

2.  Shwings

So Shwings are just FUN!  As soon as I saw them I smiled and knew we had to have them at Swagger!  Lots of colors are available - good for boys or girls.  I just gave a pair to my 5 year old niece and you would have thought I gave her $1 million dollars:) She loved them!

First off - the patterns are AH MAZ ING! Each item (there are over 20) is available in multiple patterns, color combinations, and fonts. Since I am addicted to Chevron, I have to let you guys know that they have a TON of chevron options from pastel to neon!  I love the jewelry cuff pictured above and at only $20 it is a great gift for just about anyone!  The flask would make a great bridesmaid gift.  I also love the desk calendar and pencil holder for teach gifts!  We have had a lot of people asking about an Otterbox for their Iphone and here it is!  There are so many more items that I haven't pictured including: Trays, E-reader Covers, Icebuckets, Children's Melamine Plates, Dry Erase Boards and more!  We will be able to start taking orders in the next few weeks!

I am so excited to have Cat Studio Glasses, Pillows and Dish Towels available at Swagger!  Each item comes in different States, Cities, Countries and Popular Regions & Resorts.  The idea is to collect the ones that have meaning to you!

For instance I want to start with a set of 6 glasses - New York State (where my husband and I were both born), Georgia (where my husband and I grew up and met), Florida Keys (where my husband proposed), Virginia (where my husband and I first lived after getting married), North Carolina (where we live now), and Hawaii (where we took our 1st anniversary trip and bought a time share).  Every time I use one of the glasses it will have several memories attached to it.

What a great wedding gift - you could choose the states where the couple were born, where they met, where they live - etc!  I also love this for realtor gifts!

Market Watch July 2010 - Day 1

Oh my goodness!  Can you say Fashion Accessories?!  Today was an amazing day at market!  We got so much good stuff!

I am so excited to show you all our jewelry next week!  We are going to have AMAZING DEALS so make sure to come by next Wednesday Night through Saturday for our Fall Preview Sale- seriously you won't want to miss it!  I promise to upload pics of some of the new jewelry to a photo album tomorrow - promise!  Today I am having major technical difficulties:(!

We also bought scarves, ruanas, wraps and MORE SCARVES!  If you thought scarves were big last year - just wait - they are going to be even BIGGER this year!  And by bigger, I mean they are going to be THE accessory as well as they are just going to be BIG!:)  The trend is definitely big plush fluffy bulky scarves!  And if I heard it once, I heard it a 100 times today - a huge trend for fall is COLOR!  I am super excited about this color thing, since I like basic slimming black outfits during the winter, and a nice fluffy hot pink scarf will be just the thing to make me feel fashionable!

We finished our day buying Scout Bags!!!  Thanks to everyone for telling us what patterns you liked in our "Hot or Not" questionaire on Facebook, and just so you know they looked even more beautiful in person!  You guys are going to die when you see the "Vine of the Times" and the "Fall Bright Paisley" patterns!

This just in...NEW Scout Bags!

It's Groundhog Day...but not at Swagger! New "stuff" is arriving daily to keep us all on our toes and out of the "same thing different day" rut!

What arrived today? New SCOUT Bags by Bungalow! And for the record, I want to work at Bungalow:) I know it's not Groundhog day over there! The Grand Canyon has inspired me!

I just got back from a super fabulous trip to Arizona and I am totally refreshed and ready to take on the world! I figure if the world can make a place as awe inspiring as the Grand Canyon - I can put more of our products online - right?

While I was gone, the newest addition to one of my favorite lines - Bungalow and their Scout Bags came in! The laptop sleeve is so cute and functional - great for the college kid, working professional, or really anyone as addicted to their laptop as I am that they have to bring it on vacation with them! (There were four of us on our trip and all of us had our laptops - so much for "vacation"! ) So my first new product addition to the website are the laptop sleeves! You can even get them monogrammed! Here's to many more additions in the coming weeks!

We have Good News!

You guys asked for more Scout Bags and we are bringing them to you! I am so excited about the new fabrics and items!! Our favorite new fabric is the "Good News" pattern! It is so nostalgic and fun - you guys are going to love it! Here I am posing with it - so cute! It will be in the store in February!

It was hard to pick our favorite new Scout item (there were so many!) but the new laptop covers are awesome! I mean how cute is this monogrammed?! Love it!

We bought lots of other stuff and stopped by the Trollbeads Showroom. They are having a HUGE new release in the next couple weeks! Don't worry - you know I will keep you all updated!

Now I am ridiculously tired and am going to bed. Shopping is hard work!
